Hawaiian Potato Salad

 4-5 large potatoes
1 c. shell macaroni – dry
1-2 carrots, chopped
2-3 dill pickles, chopped
1 c. peas
2 stalks green onion, chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste

Dressing:
½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. sour cream
½ c. Zesty Italian dressing
2 T. pickle juice

Boil potatoes until tender. Cool and cut into cubes. Cook macaroni per package directions. Toss with remaining ingredients. Whisk dressing ingredients in small bowl, then add dressing to potato mixture.

Serves 10-12.
