This is the world’s easiest hummus recipe ever. It is also the tastiest. Does that sound like bragging? Of course. But I can’t tell you how many times I’m asked for this recipe because it’s so much tastier than store-bought. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. So I encourage you to put this recipe to the test: try it!
Start by gathering all your ingredients: canned garbanzo beans, lemons, olive oil, tahini, a little salt, black pepper, ground cumin, fresh garlic, and a little hot water.

Measure out what you need, and put the ingredients in the bowl of your food processor or blender.

Now, turn on your food processor for two minutes or so.

Pour the blended hummus into a serving bowl, garnish it as you like, and serve! (Warmed pitas or just pita-chips-out-of-a bag make good dippers.) There you go: the world’s easiest, tastiest hummus. Enjoy! (And you’re welcome!)
